Hey! I'm not exactly sure where this kind of thread would go, but we can post random findings with the 20th Force Glitch here.
I use an American copy of Gotcha Force and I have found that Method 2 is useful for borg creation.
1. Start the game from a new file or with no memory card inserted and go
to Force Edit.
2. You will see G Red, a normal ninja, and a revolver gunman. Take G Red
off of the first force and put him back in the first cell.
3. Place G Red in the 23 slot and the Gunman in the 15th slot of force 20.
Leave all other forces empty.
4. Pick up an invisible borg and place it on the Normal Ninja. Remember
to press B after you do so.
5. A ninja should have appeared in slot 21. Pick it up and put it on the
G-Red in slot 15, then put the G-Red you are holding in slot 21.
6. Pick up the Normal Ninja in slot 15, and place it somewhere in the box.
This will determine which borg you get. ***Use the list below for this.
7. Put the Normal Ninja back in slot 15, so that its placeholder stays in
the cell you chose.
8. Now place a second invisible on the Arrow Ninja. It should become a
new borg. Drop your invisible and check it out. ***it usually helps if you clear out all your Forces before previewing the created borg.

The box has 200 spaces and follows this format:

Just now, I tried to make a Ring Valkrie but accidentally placed the Normal Ninja in slot 194 rather than 195 and resulted in an odd Wind Valkrie with these characteristics:
Wind Valkrie
Cost 200, Level 1
Tribe: Ninja Borg
Support Type
(Wings Symbol)
HP: 130
Def: 2
SHT: 2
ATK: 2
SPD: 8
EXP: 0
Jump: Boost Jump
B (Shot): Beam Gun
B (Attack): Plasma Knuckle
B (Charge ATK): G Buster
X: G Crash
Wind Valkrie is handless and has no staff or headpiece; otherwise is complete, I believe. In battle, she has the same functionality of a normal Wind Valkrie, except a different appearence. However, her Charge B Attack briefly displays its effect when you use it, and Wind Valkrie is locked into repeating the fanning animation without its proper graphic or notable pushback effect until she is hit out of it by an attack.
So yeah, feel free to post anything odd from using this method.
EDIT:
Wing Soldier
Cost 200, Level 1
Tribe: Death Borg
Speed Type
(Wings Symbol)
HP: 150
Def: 2
SHT: 2
ATK: 2
SPD: 8
EXP: 0
Jump: Boost Jump
No attack information; Death Borg Iota? (flamethrower?)'s description. No victory animation. Has a right hand yet no staff, and has no left hand yet has a bowgun. Fully functional in battle, yet has a different appearance.
EDIT 2: I've noticed that a Normal Ninja is still visible in the box in whichever place you put it in on every Force other than 20 after making a borg that will freeze your game. I haven't noticed the Normal Ninja after making working borgs though. my bad, it's not any kind of indication
