I have come to a conclusion. My cloudian deck is evil, and fighting with it is the equivalent of setting fire to your opponent's deck, throwing dirt all over it, dropping it into a volcano, and spitting on your opponent's eye.
I've yet to be defeated by any one of my friends (except one, when we were testing several proxy decks), and am finding it harder to not fight against someone who just quits. One refuses to fight it, one is scared of it, another quits whenever I start to gain the upper hand, and the only one with the guts to go against it isn't here.
So, now that I see that this deck is an evil amalgamation of frustrating cards... I'll keep empowering it.

I think it is about time you tell us the deck recipe

Very well, just so you can understand it completely, I will post the card "recipe". It's not that very strong, still under construction, but the fact that it's so frustrating and hard to beat for my friends just makes it far too fun.
Now then, here's the list:
Monsters:
Cloudian - Acid Cloud Cloudian - Altus Cloudian - Cirrostratus Cloudian - Storm Dragon Cloudian - Ghost Fog Cloudian - Sheep Cloud x1 Cloudian - Nimbusman x1 Athena x1 Mother Grizzly x2 White Magician Pikeru x1
Spells:
Mystical Space Typhoon x2 Pot of Greed x1 Salvage x2 Cloudian Squall Fog Control x2 Monster Reborn x1
Traps:
Trap Hole x1 Waboku x1 Compulsory Evacuation Device x2 Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell x2 Torrential Trubute x1 Dust Tornado x1 Spirit Barrier Ultimate Offering x1 Royal Oppression x1
Did this in a hurry, so I can't really explain some things. Post any questions, and I'll try to answer to the my best extent.

^Not that you necessarily mind, but Pot of Greed is forbidden. So if you plan to keep using that deck, perhaps play a few tourneys, keep that in mind. Otherwise it looks like a fun deck to play.

I don't go to tournies, and I know it's banned. If it's that big a deal to people, I use DNA checkup.

That looks like a really solid deck. But I have to ask, why Pikeru?

Pikeru is a very good card for this type of deck, because her effects stack up really nicely in the long term. Coupled with the fact that Ultimate Offering can eat a chunk of HP away, and that Cloudians are heavily susceptible to battle damage early on, she makes certain that I won't be taken down by damage inflicted on me over time.
Once my field is full of cloudians, when cirrostratus can kill your entire field in a moment's notice, the fact that you can't really attack me helps Pikeru quite nicely.
In short, her incredible healing capabilities can make sure that a Lightning Vortex or a Dark Hole won't be a game ender, seeing as I have such high HP in the end.
Also, because the deck is rather slow, she fits quite nicely into my strategy.

I could, but I'm not focusing on improving it that much. I'll throw it in, just for kicks, but Pikeru's healing capabilities are much stronger.
Right now, I'm trying to make an Alien deck... if anyone could test duel me at Lackey, it'd be very much appreciated.

^Except Pikeru can die more easily.

I would only consider using Pikeru when I'm certain that I'm mostly invulnerable. It's hard to kill her when your field and hand has been obliterated.
Edit:
I am beginning to find that practically every viable deck that I have or make tends to have the same characteristics. They're all strong, but don't really have any sort of "Ultimate" card.
For example: These days, you can be near-dead, only one or two monsters on the field, against overwhelming odds. You take what seems like your last draw... and it's a tuner monster. Boom, Synchro Summon. You have some big-ass dragon, and manage to some how wipe out the enemy's field, attack, and win.
It seems that my decks don't have that. They're slow, predictable at times, and more like impending doom than anything else. Not very exciting to fight against, and rather frustrating. My decks seem to just stack effect after effect, rather like a snowball effect (I believe that's the term?).
I think this is why people just plain quit against me. You're fighting some dude, and it may seem like you're winning, and he somehow makes a comeback. Flexibility, I would call it. There's an essence of being unpredictable, of some trump card that keeps you guessing. It makes you want to keep fighting, to discover your opponent.
And when it comes to me, I just duel once, and boom. They know that my deck will be a hassle to deal with, and most of the effects accomplish the same thing. After a few duels, they know that once my slow deck builds up speed, they're doomed. They can't stop it, they can't do a comeback. They can't kill my monsters, they can't inflict damage, they can't do anything. I think its this what causes many people to just say: "You won.", just as I begin to destroy their cards.
I'll have to study this more, and duel different people. Can't make a full conclusion just by testing my decks on a select group of people.

Ahh well... I seem to have had my Cloudian Deck defeated... by a Black Wing deck. It makes me... want to strangle something.
I was mostly winning by obliterating his entire field, until they randomly and magically got JUST the card they needed, and managed to Synchro Summon something which either destroyed the field, or sent everything of mine back to my hand.
Coupled with the fact that they would remove Spirit Barrier instantly, there was very little I could do... not the best experience. I'll have to see if I can "upgrade" it.
Got some new WoW cards this Christmas... the "Epic Collection" set, which brings a few cards, a play mat, card organizers, and a nifty deck box. Then, a bunch of booster packs....
Surprisingly, I got most of the cards I wanted through those booster packs... anyone else had that experience of getting JUST what you wanted?

I have given up on trying to understand Lackey. I had my friend over who also was getting into it... Neither of us could figure it out. I am sorry, but I am going to have to pass on the invitation. Thanks anyway

Ah well, what a shame... let me know if you ever reconsider.
It's very confusing at first, but if you had an experienced user walk you through, I'm certain it would make sense.
My friend was very reluctant and narrow minded when it came to using it, but after some of my guidance he gave it a try. He found it confusing and stopped trying a few times, but after my insistence he eventually discovered how easy it was... and to this day we duel eachother.
For now however, I will leave my Yu-Gi-Oh! cards alone, and focus more on my WoW card collection.

it's a shame that i didn't se this thread sooner, because i'm actualyl really into yugioh. my school has like 20+ people dueling competitively, and we have tournaments now and then. personally i hate building meta decks, because everyone has one, so i use lower tier decks.
i bet you can guess what kind of deck i run: Ice Barriers. I looked up a deck that was ice related, and i got my wish. lock making and lock breaking, that's my strategy. the sad thing is that i have to proxy one card: Defender of the Ice Barrier. i can't do much without him, or, well, any of my cards, and it's pretty rustrating that all of the other Ice Barrier cards i use have come out, but not Defender. i need to get my hands on a Gungnir, though... stupid 20$ synchro... i bet ou can't guess what my other deck is: fairies. Yep, fairies. you know that if you see Archlord Kristya, you'll hate me (do i have one though? haha good one. 60$ card? i think not! i'll wait for the lost sanctuary structure deck to come out first). those things look so cool! the thing i love about yugioh is that they have pretty cool looking monsters. for me, what has the last say in if a card goes in my decks is if it's aesthetically proper to have a place in the deck. like the Worm archetype... yeahno. ugly. and people ask why i don't run Counter Fairies. because they're ugly. hey, i'm biased, but i play competitively AND for fun, so i don't want a kick-butt deck that is chock full of disgusting looking cards, uh-uh.
but even though i have lower tier decks, i seem to beat my brothers all the time. i guess i'm just the better deck-builder. of course i get sat on by the people at school (oooh, blackwings, ooh, X sabers, ooh, Quickdraw plants).
my little brother has a Black Valley deck, focusing on getting a Dark Simorgh lockdown out, but my ice barriers are like, "no", and i kill that thing in a second. he also runs Naturias, which is also a lockdown deck, so you know wher that's going.
the smallest one i enjoy dueling the most, because i made it for him. since i don't like making top tier list decks, i decided to make something close to it. Instead of Quickdraw plants, i gave him Quickdraw tokens. there's Quickdraw Synchron, o course, but instead of putting in lonefire blosson and tytannial and all that, i decided to put some annoyiung stuff in it, like Reptilaine Naga, and Reptillane Spawn to get out some more tokens. also i put in some basic stuff, like Junk synchron, Dandylion, and Quilbolt hedgehog to get it moving. it's actually a decently fast-paced deck. he gets out alot of the synchron synchros out (his favorite being Junk Destroyer), but i need to get a drill warrior for him.
as for NORMAL cards, VC and Uno. yep. i go to sleep now.

Hah, I didn't think you'd be in to cards, coolfreez, much less like this. Agh, Naturias... I fought one once before I had a good deck... worst enemy I've encountered other than Remove from Play milling...
Any who, I haven't seen or read much about these "Ice Barriers", though I do know what they are. I'll have to synthesize a counter for them sooner or later.
Now that I look back at the times where I didn't have a good deck, and relied on the spare cards my friends would give me... it all revolved around a good card, rather than a good deck. The thought horrifies me, but I remember the good times I had, being near death, and suddenly pulling out "The Wicked Eraser" and eliminating the entire field... ah yes... the look on their faces.
That's where I would get my name for "the worst partner", in tag duels, seeing as my strategy was to simply get "The Wicked Eraser" as quick as possible, suicide it, and let my partner do the rest. Then I got my Zombie World deck, and my partners were also negatively affected by me just being there... but people would always fight for me as their partner.
But when I got my Cloudian Deck, the Yu-Gi-Oh! spirit died down a bit... and one of my friends (My most accursed opponent, too.) left the school. So, no more tag duels...

His two primary decks are a Fairy deck that focuses on special summoning huge stuff pot shoting your life points with Athena, Honest, and Ultimate Offering. His other deck is a Water, stall, global, ice barrier deck that wrecks a surprising amount of s***. It is super balanced. But anyway, when you said normal card games and then said VC... What is VC?

Wow, that is a huge page to dump on me. Um... From what I read From what little I understood about the way the game probably works if it works the way I think it does, and it probably doesn't, then that sounds like a rip snorting good time for... most involved. Does anyone play Cribbage?
