The Various Glitches of Super Ninja

I've only used the 20th force glitch once but when I did i made a super ninja with infinite health. I entered a fight with death borg omicron and got turned into a super death eye with infinite ammo and an x attack button which does nothing?When i got turned into a cockroach i had mega health and did mega damage. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
