Because I feel the need to advertise the hell out of this movie. It's really good. The premise is hilarious: some guy must defeat his dream girl's 7 evil exes in order to continue dating. The style is fantastic, and if you have ever played a single video game in your life you will like it. And though I usually dont mention this, the editing is freaking fantastic.
So if you're any type of geek, nerd, gamer you must watch this movie immediately!

i was going to take my girlfriend, but we saw Inception instead. granted, it wasnt out yet though...so hey, maybe this week i'll take her

I've been really considering whether or not to see this movie, it look ridiculously awesome so I might before the summer is over, although I haven't really had much time this summer to watch a movie in a theater, plus I want to see Inception first.

Inception's only been out for a month. It's been getting good box office returns so it should still be playing, unless people in your local area aren't supporting it.
I loved Inception, but how about you pay for Scott Pilgrim and then sneak into Inception? They are both really good movies, but Inception has already made a ton of money, and it looks like Scott Pilgrim will be a flop as far as money goes. it's a shame really because of how good the movie is, especially for gamers.
I currently cant decide if Inception or Scott Pilgrim is my favorite movie of the year so far.

saw scott pilgrim last night with my girlfriend. was very good movie despite there only being maybe 15 people in the theater. I think i'm, going to buy it when it comes out.

I didn't watch it over the summer so it's too late to see it in theaters but I definitely will buy it when it comes out on DVD. Last night I ordered to the first 3 Scott Pilgrim graphic novels off amazon though, and I have been considering downloading the game from Xbox LIVE. I don't know why but for some reason even without seeing any of the media, I'm instantly a Scott Pilgrim fan.
