Battle Girl - 230 for this? You're kidding right? She hurts so much stuff, and can even ensure a kill up close with her X attack (i love blowing stuff up at close range). Plus, dodges really well.
Command Girl - Maybe this doesn't count as cheap, but 330 is certainly more than worth it for her. That X laser fires through destroyable objects!
Death borg Sigma II: I don't believe this. I only used this guy after coming to these boards. I have a newfound respect for Death Borgs. He soloed an entire army. Damn.

Been using DB Omega II lately and I he's quickly becoming one of my favorite death borgs besides Sigma II, Zeta II, and Delta II. He's big and slow, which is a disadvantage, but I absolutely love his yoyo attack. It hits hard, destroys projectiles, and most importantly, doesn't kill his gravity and momentum when he uses it.

I used it to kill Sho in the Death Base.  I haven't posted in this thread yet, apparently... I (obviously) find Death Borg Omega II to be useful. Same goes for Omega IV, Alpha II, Delta II, Zeta II, Lambda II, Sigma II, Orange Fighter, Blue Striker, and a few other Borgs I can't think of at the moment. |

Nurse borgs. its hilarious because obviously the opponent's going to go after the nurse borg, but when my partner's a fortress borg i like to stay on top of him and heal him to no end! with that sweepy lazer beam and alpha wings that hit anyone i think that he's probably the most fitting with Nao and angel rescue.

Powered gunman (very overlooked) 40 bullets in a clip and a wonderful X charge. the reason why i haven't mentioned powered gunman is because i have never used it before the glitch but it had his dabute on play 2 when i was up agenst satellites and a death ark it was me and the guy with tanks i had took out a 1/4 of death ark with revolver gunman and that gave powered gunman a chance. he was fantastic he finished the death ark of so now when i have 350 points he would come into my army i think he is better than revolver gunman |

Battle Girl seconded a million times over.
Other than that, pretty much all of the non-death Borgs priced between 200 and 300 are really cost-efficient.
Take every single Angel Borg, for example: Medium-low damage output, but staggering survivability due to being able to dodge/avoid nearly everything, plus Hyper-moding turns them into bullet hell machines.
And then there's Sword Knight, whose slash will reach just about anybody, anywhere, to great effect, and that's not even counting the extra damage if his sword actually touches the enemy.
Blue Striker and Orange Fighter are anti-Sho maniacs...
Honestly, you pretty much can't go wrong with that price range.

In the end I say:
GoldHero (why didn't anyone say this?): Can take down an army on his own, even WITHOUT RoP'ing
DBSigmaII: Also can take down armies, teams with Gold for a perfect 600.
Dark/Imperial Knight: I think these guys should cost more like 1,000. Especially Dark.
They both can block a ton of crap with their shields, and Dark can without flinching. That's crazy as it is. Now Imperial has sick slashing combos, and they both have sword slashes with sick homing. Dark also has a reliable lightning strike, a quad laser, a fire ring that can protect behind...these guys are underpriced in my opinion.
Cyber Girl Hyper: Like a Battle Girl+Cyber Atlas fusion on steroids. I also wish it costed more so Super wasn't completely overshadowed.
Cyber Girl Super: Also a very good borg, overshadowed since her sister gets more ammo in both shots, and 50 extra HP, all for 30 cost. Sad.
Powered Gunman: Explained
Battle Girl: Explained
Commander Girl: Explained
Normal Ninja/Sasuke: Explained
DB OmegaII: Explained
DBZeta IV: Ok, more beam spam with random slashing is win. Nuff said.
Beam Satellite: 1000 HP, Powerful B shot, devastating X shot, all for 800? Cool.

samarai shogun may be The most powerfull Gotcha borg in the game. (my opion) Not only deos his X charge do a huge amount of damage but it takes bearlly any time to charge and hes only 620!!

Sure, Flame Dragon may cost 1500, but compared to the 15000+ it could potentially destroy of the enemies (ignoring the fact that the only mission that even gets anywhere near 13000 in non-CPU cost is itself composed of Dragons, making using a Dragon there not a particularly good idea) it's quite cost-effective. |
