I sleep pretty randomly these days, but I usually get my (somewhat) 8 hours of sleep.
When I was younger though, I could easily be up for days or with absolute minimum sleep.

im starting to thing i have insomia You don't. You're too hot. Try getting rid of your duvet and sleeping under a sheet or a blanket or duvet cover or something. Take it from someone who has a lot of trouble sleeping all year round.

The last week or two, I've always been waking up between 2-3 AM. Quite annoying, and constant disruptive sleep makes my days irregular.

I usually go to bed around 4-5 AM and wake up around 12-1 PM.
I don't really have trouble falling asleep.

I recently saw a program that said that insufficient sleep may lead to some serious health issues, temporary psychotic behavior and even heart-failure.
Make sure to rest properly.

well the psychotic issues bit is true. I once went 72 hours without sleep and saw something I call the "seven headed beast of death" the heads I remember are: - Michael Jackson
- John Madden
- Mr. T
- Chuck Norris
Don't remember the other 3...it was like 6 years ago.

I normally sleep pretty well, if I find that I cannot get to sleep I just stay up playing on my DS until I get too tired.

I haven't had one uninterrupted night's sleep for over 4 weeks now.

I haven't had one uninterrupted night's sleep for over 4 weeks now. Well, that sucks. I usually don't have that problem. Usually. I do sometimes have trouble sleeping, but I more often have the opposite problem, which, while not physiologically dangerous, is still somewhat annoying. I fall asleep (or nearly do) when I don't want to. Like, I'll be sitting there in Physics while we're discussing the material (taking notes) and I'll find myself nearly falling asleep and falling face-first out of my desk onto the floor. Or I'll fall asleep on the couch at home while I'm trying to watch TV. It annoys me a bit.
