Woo! Spent the day beating Phantasmagoria of Flower View on Easy with all unlockable characters up to Komachi. The computer has crazy grazing skills  Tried Extra a few times. Couldn't beat it; farthest I got was stage 6 or 7  |

I've played some difficult levels in Space Invaders Infinity Gene's music mode. I can handle Touhou easily.

I love the Touhou fighter.
Such an amazing blend of fighting and projectiles. And I love card gimmicks in games (in this case, cards are your 'supers,' moveset alternate/buffs, or items with special effects). I wish the game was more popular... It's hard to play with anyone online... But it's so skill-based, rather than just memorizing combos.

For the other games, extra mode was just a really hard stage. In this game's extra mode, everyone starts at 1 HP with spell meters fully charged, and no lives/continues. The whole game is kind of different from the rest of the Touhou series, so you can't really compare. The way this game is set up is sort of like a VS game. You have separate screens and HP bars, and you try to make the other player get hit by charging the spell meter and using spells. |
