Garuda can be cheap as it is tooooooo good most of the time. Titan Robot and Titan Tank are cheap against Fortress' They can damage them badly and make them flinch with those green cones. GE gets mullerd too xD

I never saw Garuda as particularly cheap. He's a winged borg, which means his X is shite and he's had a load of extra GF energy slapped onto him.

true, but what would you do if a player got his hands on a Garuda in a versus match? all he needs is dodge and charge B

I'd probably laugh at him then play as Cyber Ninja, or maybe Beam Gunner. Or even Battle Girl.

What do you mean his X is shite? How do you think he escapes ICBM explosions?

By already being in the sky. X tends to lose flyers height when they're already in the air. Or by having the sense to be very far away from the giant missile and massive targeting crosshair before it goes off.

Also you move in whatever direction really fast so it still helps (Well it helps me) ;D

But what if your not in the sky? Then you're wasting the points spent on making Garuda a flyer in the first place.

Also i asked because as you should know, if you do Garudas X moving on the floor, it flies up not down. He can still dodge well with his X, high or not.

My point is that it's redundant: if you're on the floor and plan on using X to dodge things, then you're wasting the GF energy spent on making Garuda a flyer. If you're in the sky, and dodging by height advantage, then you're wasting the GF energy spent on giving Garuda the swoopy X move.
Your mileage, of course, may vary.

Good point~ I think hes just excellent against CPUs and good for rubbish players ^__^'

Jump cancel the fly, or don't use it. Fly isn't the reason wing borgs are good; the real reason they're so good is their ability to constantly stay above the enemy. Not only does it mess with the camera, many borgs aren't able to shoot directly above.

Victory baron if you charge b whilst in mid air a use it you have about a minute of unlimited air time with the added power of 2 attacks the sword spin and bullets

yeah, but they don't have a ginormous bomb that hits anyone in a three borg radius this game (DARN IT!) very much leans towards long ranged borgs, and Garuda has a very good shot that never runs out and makes people fly off. plus, he abuses the camera and most likely won't be hit by a land-based borg.

Panther vehicle is extremely overpriced. 620? Really and it's attacks take to long to reload. But blue striker's charge B is extremely powerful I use them so much!

^ Panther Vehicle's strength lies in its dodging ability. Perform it well and counterattack just right, and you have (against normal-sized opponents) a formidable Borg.

^Ya, it has some crazy speed, which is why the Vehicle Unit is so annoying to beat.
Hmm...I find any Air Borgs very annoying to fight and they're way too cheap for their dodging ability. I once fought a Red Attacker and it took about 10 minutes to defeat that single one, and during that time, it did no damage to me. Stupid AI.
