I shouldn't not be allowed to have a go at someone just because there a girl. I mean it's not like i'd have a go at someone for no reason. Plus all families have there up's and downs don't they? (Well mine certainly does) |

What I do when I have a bad day is try to think positive things, I learned that if you keep on thinking about negative things, everything will just get worst.

If you think the worst and the worst happens you'll be expecting it and so you'll be able to deal with it. If you think the worst and the worst doesn't happen then you'll be pleasantly surprised. |

I expect the best, but prepare for the worst.
For me, the worst is always a possibility. But, I try to be optimistic, since being depressed isn't very happy.

I guess it depends on what type of person you are. I always consider the worst of things but i don't or at least i try not to let it get to me. So far I've never been officially depressed in my life. (By officially i mean it hasn't been diagnosed by a doctor) |
