Anyone else hate the grammatical correctness that a sentence cannot begin with "And"? If I had a penny for every time I wanted to start a sentence like that, I'd be a rich man.
I've seen movies, video games and even documentaries that people start a new sentence like that. So even if it's a grammar law, people sure don't seem to follow it in reality.

It's because there are actually a few cases where starting a sentence with "and" or "beacause" is acceptable but people have it drilled into their mind that it's wrong from an early age. It's all to do with varied sentence structure.
e.g. Because people have it drilled into their mind from an early age, no-one starts sentences with "and" or "because" regardless of the fact you're allowed to.
And is a lot harder to do, actually, but it is possible.

And your point is? I don't care much for grammar or spelling. As long is i can understand what someone has written, it's all good.
