Though I'm a Kakeru + Mana believer at heart, a Sho x Mana is actually quite an interesting concept.
They're like totally opposites and one is bound to change.

I don't really like to go into much thought about pairings but my pairings (which are probably the most obvious ones) are: Kakkeru x Mana, Kou x Rin, and maybe Usagi x Nekobe (not sure on that last one though).

It's almost a little disturbing just how much of a shine Usagi takes to Kou, now that I'm starting to take notice of it. She really just kinda throws herself at him, going on about how they should be a team, what a great team they are. She even goes to his house when he's not home and waits for him there so they can "team up."
I'm thinking she's after his disco stick.
Erm.
In terms of pairings I actually like, though?
I'm thinking Met x Tetsuya. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure these two have feelings for each other.
Think about it:
They two of them are both fighters who communicate through battle. Met's trust is hard to earn, yet he obviously respects Tetsuya (presumably for his prowess as a commander), and Tetsuya is loyal enough to met to follow his orders- That is, until Kou wins his respect as an ally and he joins the Gotcha Force instead.
Without Tetsuya, Met becomes lonely and frustrated, now set on winning him back by defeating Kou. In his desperation, he allies himself with the force of chaos that is Yuji, hoping not only to capitalize on the extra power, but also to show Tetsuya that he too can command the respect of an ally (or in other words, find a new best friend). Ultimately, the makeshift duo fails, and they part ways, neither having had any real desire to be friends in the first place.
Dejected but still pathologically proud, Met attempts to carry on his battle alone, but is eventually overwhelmed in the battle for the Stone River. Finally, he comes to terms with his own vulnerability and loneliness, and permits himself to ally with Gotcha Force. He makes the ultimate sacrifice- his pride- but in doing so he finally regains his dearly-held friendship with Tetsuya, and the two live happily ever after to fight again as allies.

I'd like to draw attention to the fact that, since there's a very good chance that none of them have reached puberty yet, they're probably all still in that phase where they think the opposite gender is "icky" or "infected by cooties." That being said... It's almost a little disturbing just how much of a shine Usagi takes to Kou, now that I'm starting to take notice of it. She really just kinda throws herself at him, going on about how they should be a team, what a great team they are. Hmmm... I would go with either:
Kou/Usagi
Tsutomu/Usagi
Sho/Mana
Kakeru/Mana
Or Rin/Kou
And now, to tell you all about this crazy day dream I had (as I was board at school) XD
So I had a thought about an Extended ending (Incoming Head Cannons XD)
And... It kinda goes something like this:
"*The actually ending then..*
Just Orochi thanking Kou and... stuff.. (Memory don't fail me now!!)
Then Sho is just in the background giving Rin an evil stare... and at that moment Rin remembers something "Bad" that she did as Orochi (Badass Name BTW)
Rin catches a glimpse of him as he storms off...
Suddenly Mana chases after him leaving a very jealous Kakeru (:3)"
(Okay... I'll explain a bit here... In my very confusing twisted mind... Orochi (May Have) Killed Sho's Father... :3)
Yeah... Am I insane yet? :3
Anyway heres something else I thought of too...
Mana is just sitting (somewhere) with Sho just chatting and then theres Kakeru sitting the tree above them... (may or may not be spying :3)
Suddenly Tsutomu clambers up to greet him!
"Hey, What's wrong?" Asks Tsutomu
"*sighs* Just thinking about Sho and Mana..." Replies Kakeru
"Oh I know the feeling.."
"How?"
"*sighs* Kou and Usagi..."
"Oh..."
AND A VERY AWKWARD AFTERNOON, THE END!! XD XD
(God why did I even type that?? I HAVE ALL OF THE REGRETS)

They're like totally opposites and one is bound to change. Now that I'm a brony, this comment inevitably brings me to this  Though personally I don't see it happening still. I feel like there's a point where TOO much opposite-ness negates everything else, and they're so opposite that they're long past that point already  |
