Usagi appreciation thread

In terms of raw character, Usagi is probably my favorite commander. She's cute and friendly but more headstrong than most of the boys... Pretty much "Ms. Gotcha Force," right here.

In terms of function as a parther... Ugh.
She used to be my favorite, because she was my favorite character and she used several of my favorite borgs...
But, after all my years of playing, it's only now upon my return to the game that I realize just how irritating she is once she gets that damnable Quick Valkrie.

Suddenly, every minute or so I'm finding myself caught from behind by friendly fire. Friendly fire AIMED AT ME.
And when I start accounting for it, and preparing to dodge my ALLY'S attacks in addition to the enemies' bullets, I inevitably end up dodging a Quick Spell, which will then accidentally bless the enemy I am currently engaging.
"Accidentally," provided that the spell didn't happen to be AIMED AT THE ENEMY TO BEGIN WITH, which, half the time, it is.

So, Quick Valk ruins Usagi for me. -_-

It's too bad that bad Borgs causes resentment towards the Commander.

At least I have enough love for Usagi to last us all.

to get rid of that quick valkryie usually

then usually i like usagi

USAGI helped me alot during my 3rd play....

i recently saw the dark side of gotcha, it kinda scared me. for a second i though loopy might have done it but then i realized that looper doesn't do stuff like THAT. He only thinks like it.

Neither Usagi nor Mana looks very good if you pass their youthful looks too far, to be honest.

Either she has short hair or her hair is hidden under her hat. About 32 seconds in to the opening, you get a different angle on her, and it looks like there's no hair coming out from her hat so I assume she's got short hair.

I'd say long. There's plenty of pics with her hat off, and her hair's pretty long. I don't know how she magically stuffs it in her hat though without it all weird looking

Long hair according to some official art with her hat off.

But when her hat is on, it disappears!
The only explanation as to where her hair goes is that it's a magical hat.

Or the artists got lazy or couldn't figure out a way to make her look good with hair sticking out, but that's not as interesting as a magical hat.
