Machine borgs are usually big and slow, but they just have a lovable thing about them. I remember my first time seeing the claw robot, I was surprised at how simple, yet amazing the design was.

All of the Divers. They play so slowly it actually hurts my feelings. Even after adapting to the fact that they fall slower than a helium balloon with a parachute, every single one of their melee attacks has a stupid amount of recovery time and doesn't do much damage. They're pretty good at countering melee attacks, but that's about it, and that kind of makes for an unbearably slow Borg to play as.

My most hates borg to face is Honey Pop. The reverse bolt attack causes me so many problems. The Mr. Reverse Bolt fight in story mode is a fight I dread every time. My most hated borg to control is....hmmmm,I'd have to say either shadow girl or ICBM tank. Shadow girl, just because her attacks are all close range and she has no 'umf' to her attack, or ICBM Tank because aside from its Missile of Nuclear death, it has a measly shot to protect.

Now that I'm leveling up my Knights I can't help but notice Hammer Knight is really, really boring. He literally only has two moves. It's awful.

Limited, yet extremely efficient. He just drifts around with an extremely accurate, huge hammer throw that does lots of damage and generally stops any attack in its way, alongside the fact Hammer Knight has its own shield. He keeps his momentum while attacking and moving, so you can jump up and start raining down hammers and it'll take a very long time to reach the floor. He can take out fortress borgs rather easily.
His X attack is almost pointless, though, but it has its uses if a borg is too close for comfort, anywhere around you. It starts up way faster than his hammer and knocks stuff away.
I think he's almost too good. I've solo'd plenty of stages with him, including Sirius fights and Hero Borg unit fights.

That just makes it even worse, if he sucked and died quickly I could get to using more interesting Borgs instead of soloing the entire fight by spamming one move. It's the same problem I had with Command Girl and would have with Sigma II were it not for the whole 68 HP thing. (Plus technically Sigma II has 4 moves but that's beside the point.)On the bright side, I can just double-ICBM the Showdown with Nekobe and kill Vlad in 8 hits to make things a bit less painful.

Violet attacker. Its bombs reload far too slow, and the vulcan is utterly useless.

While the Alien/Claw Worm is an otherwise weak borg, their webs don't pop up on the warning system like the poison spores do, and since the enemy isn't nearly as restricted by GF energy or number of combatants available to the frontlines I find myself wishing for a free-camera everytime I try to get a golden Alien Insect from that mission.
Instead of, y'know, playing another mission in which Alien Insects spawn.
(I think I once saw about 33% of the map turned into a No-Man's Land just from those insects. Also, try vs mode where all four forces are just those two worms.)

Shoot hammer, or do a a really bad spin attack. ...I think... [This joke has been removed due to its incredible badness.] That aside, I have grown to hate Magnet Robot. He's not tough at all, just...really, REALLY annoying.

The ONLY Borg in this game, that I literally have any issues with, is this one: And it's not so much the Borg itself, but rather, the way the AI plays it. Like, all it does, is play a very wonky/poor game of hit-n-run, and just overall proves to be obnoxious.

The air borgs are already tricky to fight against, but allowing them to transform makes things so much more difficult.
