My thoughts about Sirius... I don't like him that much but he's okay. he's pretty boring to use. Sirius is very powerful and using him makes the game feel so easy that it feelS like all your doing is grinding through levels. Sirius is even good against humans he's so powerful. I just use him on hard or long missions and sometimes in vs.

My blood pumps big-time when I annihilate Borgs after Borgs using Sirius. Who said fortress Borgs doesn't induce any adrenaline kicks.

Thats how it is with Sirius.. In battles he either owns the enemy badly, or he gets owned.

In battles he owns the enemy badly, or if he's controlled by the CPU, he gets owned. Fixed.

Yesterday i was a Level 1 Sirius playing a battle on play 8 over and over. The first time i did really well. But the second and third time i got murdered quickly for some reason.

^ I see two reasons there: 1: You're out of practice. 2: You used a lv.1 ( which should still be adequate for victories all around) on a playthrough 8. I know you people are probably dead-tired of my constant preaching and defending of Sirius, but I'm only saying what I have experienced first hand after countless playthroughs through years of gaming; that Sirius alone is a perfect Borg in 99.99% of the time regardless of adversaries, and I just feel I need to spread that truth. I know it may sound hard to believe but even I wasn't too impressed by Sirius in the beginning, but when I decided to get him to lv. 10, and really started using him is when I discovered just how great he was. Not to mention the 100+ HP/level help things a lot too. Typooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

To be fair, Admin, there are plenty of borgs that can solo missions with ease. Cyber Ninja comes to mind. As does Neo G Red and Barrier Girl.

Even a Death Eye can solo missions but that's not what I was talking about, I'm talking about going solo through the entire game, with total ease and a full 100% feeling of victory. OK, I a little white lie from my part, since the Dragon's Den is an exception, but that's the single one only stage.Do you feel 100% safe, confident and at ease in Kitsune's ICBM mission? How about the Ultimate Cannon Unit? You don't feel any kind of pressure to avoid being tangled up by the Arrow Ninjas and Witches, not to mention the Ultimate Blast itself, and simply playing calm and collected? How about any combining Borg missions? Orochi's cooperation stages? Aaaanyway, I know any Borg can be great in the hands of a skillful player, I'm not implying otherwise. What I want said, and be accepted, is that Sirius is a top Borg that's all. That's why I made this thread in the first place, because people seem to diss this Borg on wrongfully presumptions, and all I want is that dark cloud of misconception to vanish.

Admin, i of all people should know about Sirius. I spend about 2 and a half years on and off persueing a rare one.
I'd kick a level 10 Sirius' ass with a Neo G Red, weather you or a CPU were using it. Theres a simple way to dodge Sirius' X move...

You don't think I've spent over 5 years controlling this Borg and actually mastered how to deal with small, fast-moving targets, do you? * wishes Gotcha had online*

I used various Borgs to get that Sirius...

You realise that your argument is invalid because you used underlining in a typed medium when you have access to both bold and italics to emphasise words without looking messy and horrible, right? But yeah, I'm on Loopy's side here. I honestly don't see how you can make the X move shoot faster than it actually goes. I mean, if you use exclusively B against fast borgs then I understand.

I honestly don't see how you can make the X move shoot faster than it actually goes. Timing. Obviously it also helps to understand your opponent's move-sets too. Trust me, years of continuous training makes you a surprisingly good marksman. It's not like you bring Sirius in and start mashing the X-button. That's newbie stuff.

Surely the fact you can't aim makes timing obsolete because when they hear the charging noise, they dodge?

Sirius' aim is at least as good as anyone else's. If an opponent is foolish enough to just stand there and plan to simply dodge the Beam Gun, they'll be quite sorry. That is actually one of the bigger mistakes you can do against a Sirius player. Try to only use Sirius for a minimum of three Story playthroughs, just to get the feel of how he works. Trust me, there's so much more to him than what a few Special matches and an initial impression gives.
