Teleport Ninja will always be my favorite borg. I tend to like borgs that require a bit of skill and training to use (bar Cyber Ninja). It took me about a month to learn how to use his Teleports correctly, and I'm still trying to find a use for charge X (outside of Dragons and Forretress')
Phoenix Dragon is up there too (3rd favorite borg), I love it's design since I'm a Yu-Gi-Oh player and I love Doomkaiser Dragon / Chtodian Dragon. Plus, he is insanely hard to use and I love a challenge.

Ah, cool! Though when I make Gotcha YGO Card's I tend to have a system:
Non-Crystal Gotcha Borgs (Teleport Ninja, Normal Ninja, Revolver Gunman, ect.): Effect Monster
2 Crystal Gotcha Borgs (Red Attacker, Gatling Gunner, ect.): Synchro
3 Crystal Gotcha Borgs (Victory Duke, Blade Wing?, ect.): Synchro with a requirement (1 Machine-type tuner + 1 or more non tuners)
4 Crystal non-partner Gotcha Borgs (Machine Red, ect.): Synchro with specific monster and requirements (1 Machine-type + 1 "G-Red")
Partner Borgs: Xyz Monster

Well since Teleport Ninja IS my favorite borg, I would probably introduce an OC who uses TeleNinja as his/her partner, thus getting Synchro/Xyz forms :V

I have always liked Neo G-Red. Why? Because it's easy to do combos with him and I have always loved how he looks *coughswordcough*.

And it may or may not be awkward trying to charge his beam since it's on X instead of B. And he costs 100 more. There are a lot of reasons to prefer Neo G Red. |
