IMO, Blue Striker would win. If it was a death borg sigma, then there'd be no competition.
However, since its a death borg lambda, I'm forced to go with the first borg I got up to level 10, Blue Striker.

Lambda II. I get the feeling that she could come up above and behind Blue Striker and BS wouldn't be able to hit her due to poor turning.
This one was kind of close, since it's also plausible that BS kills Lambda II before she manages to get above and behind BS.
But those turns...

i say Blue striker. there's just no way lambda can move fast enough to get behind the striker. plus, blue striker's charge B can be guided, and it really only takes like 2 hits with it to kill lambda. also lambda's attacks don't hurt all that much anyway.
