Description: This Powered Gunman means more business than most others. His shotguns have quadruple barrels. He recieved them from a gunsmith Borg, who was known for making all sorts of crazy-yet-awesome firearms. James and his skills with the quad-barrel shotguns becamed feared worldwide on Mega Borg, and many tried to fight him in battle, only to end up covered in bullet holes and shotgun wounds. Not that he's a bad guy, though. He's also quite a gentleman to the point of letting female opponents fire the first shot in battle.
note: Named him after the famous Wild West outlaw, Jesse James!

Phantom Flyer was a participant in the interplanetary Mega Borg war as a formidible interceptor and a super-sneaky reconaissance unit. He disappeared for a while after the war was over. Rumor has it that Phantom Flyer became the head of a secret unit of stealth fighter Air Borgs.

He kicks a lot of bad guy butt with his battlesuit, the Tactical Frame, which he uses to combat WCoD. When not fighting off criminals of thw WCoD, he trains to keep his fighting skills up to snuff, utilizing the Simulation Suit, a prototype version of the Tactical Frame used for combat training.
